Terms & Conditions – Antonin Catering (Hong Kong)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By ordering from Antonin Catering (via our website or other channels), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. Orders & Payments

Pricing: All prices are in HKD and include applicable taxes/fees unless stated otherwise.
Payment: Full payment is required at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other listed methods.
Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed only upon receiving our email/SMS confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to errors, unavailability, or suspicion of fraud.

3. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery Areas/Zones: Limited to specified areas in Hong Kong. Extra fees may apply for remote locations.
Delivery Times: Estimated times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or high demand.
Pickup Orders: Must be collected at the agreed time/location. Late pickups may result in cancellation without refund.
Failed Delivery: If no one is available to receive the order, redelivery fees may apply, or the order may be canceled.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Food Safety: Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds or returns are not accepted unless the food is spoiled, incorrect, or damaged upon delivery. Notify us within 2 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
Cancellations: You may cancel up to 24 hours before delivery for a full refund. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may incur a 50% fee or no refund.
Allergies/Dietary Needs: You are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists. We are not liable for allergic reactions or dietary mismatches.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, text, logos) is owned by Antonin Catering and may not be used without permission.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, inconvenience) arising from our services.
We ensure food safety but are not responsible for mishandling after delivery.

7. Disputes

Any disputes will be resolved directly with Antonin Catering. Hong Kong laws govern these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
